BoldChat and BoldCCM products benefited from our latest release in two ways. The first is our newest Salesforce integration module, which is extremely robust. You can read about that above in the live chat feature focus section. The second update involves four new reports.
Missed Live Chat Opportunities Summary – As the name implies, this report gauges missed opportunities to chat. It can tell you how many visitors were not invited because chat was unavailable, chat button clicks outside of business hours, chat button clicks when no operators were available, chat button clicks when the chat queue is full, abandoned chats and unanswered chats.
Canned Message Report – This report shows which canned messages were used the most. Sort it by operator to find out which are used the most by each operator. We know that one of the most widely used features of live chat software is canned messaging, so this report is sure to provide immediate value to customers.
Proactive Chat Invite Summary by Rule – Yet another way Bold Software puts customers in control of their own implementation, this report shows the acceptance rate for each proactive rule set and for each individual rule.
Mobile Basic Summary – Customers can use this report to find out the total time logged in and the number of answered chats via the BoldChat iPhone App for a specified period of time.
