Our "normal" business hours are 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M. But beginning January 2010, NC Web Pros will available 27/7 for emergency situations*.
We challenge you to find another full time, professional web design firm that will take your calls and respond immediately to your emergency requests, any time - any day. We've taken calls standing on the beach surf fishing, on a boat on our way to a scuba diving site and yes, even in the "loo".
But rest assured your call or e-mail will be returned by the owner of NC Web Pros. And we are happy to make that call!
"Emergency" Defined: Site down due to server problems, site compromised by a "hacker" or e-mail down. All regular site maintenance, please repect our normal operating hours.
*Exception: We'll take your call on Sundays (when we're not in church), but unless it is an extreme emergency - our Christian principles dictate that we wait until Monday to address your site issues.
4-Hour Response On Text Updates
To prove our dedication to customer satisfaction, we guarantee 4-hour response time to simple text updates* for our site maintenace clients. That's four (4) hours - not 4 days . . . or 4 weeks like some web design firms. Four-hour response time is supported during the hours of 8:00 A.M. - 5:30 P.M, Monday - Friday.
** Text updates defined as word, sentence, paragraph or price revisions.
