Our Story

Reggie Byrum, owner of NC Web Pros has spent the last 30 years working for a variety of highly successful advertising agencies and Fortune 500 companies, initially as a graphic designer and later moving up through the ranks of art director, creative director and lastly as a marketing director.

The last 10 years has been spent learning new programs and technologies related to website design and development. Reggie obtained his Certified Internet Professional Webmaster certification from Prosoft Corporation and has taken advanced courses in HTML, XHTML, CSS and E-Commerce development.

Reggie realized that the one factor that was common in most agencies - was the fact that they all went after only the "high-end" clients. Those that could afford large retainer fees and could afford to pay top dollar for their services.

The businesses that desperately need the print and online marketing services the most, the small start-ups and "mom-and-pop" businesses, could not afford to get past the agencies' plush lobbies.

This is the reason for NC Web Pros' existence.

We could have caved into the temptation to obtain a plush, uptown office space, hired a large staff of sales reps, account reps and a team creative professionals and charged exuberant fees for our services. But, we chose not to. 

We are proud of the fact that we are a small, Christian-run, home-based family business, with minimal staff. Our business model is perfect for today's economy. Although we do most projects in-house, we are flexible enough to outsource some aspects of the work out on an "as needed" basis to a team of highly qualified professionals..
