There are many firms out there that offer "packages" with a set price. Problem with most of these firms, is that once you get well into the project you come across certain things that were not covered in the "package". In the end, the price you ended up paying was not anywhere close to the advertised price.

At NC Web Pros, we have found that "one size does NOT fit all". We tailor each and every project to the client's needs and budget. And we NEVER go over budget. Period.

Plain and simple, web design and development pricing - no matter WHERE you go, are all determined by:

• How many hours will be required from start to finish?
• Are there any special requirements in which specialized "expertise" is needed (and how much will I have to pay to get it done)?
• What are my overhead costs and expenses for this project?

We look at your needs and budget and design a plan around it. You don't pay for something you don't need or a site you cannot afford. We can develop your site in "Phases" starting out basic (Phase 1) and then adding on (Phase 2, 3 and 4) as your business grows. And because of our business model, you pay substantially less than what most full time web design firms charge.

Example:

Client A has a start-up business and have failed to include website design into their initial expenses. However they know that in order to survive, a website is NOT an option. They come to me and declare they have less than $1,000 to spend on a website. What do I do?

We offer to create a custom, 4-page static website for their company that includes a home page, about us page, products or services page and a contact page. We'll throw in the purchase of a domain name (www.yourcompany.com), add one year of web hosting and up to 25 email addresses and in less than a week, they walk away with a custom website that is available 24/7 to anyone in the world with an Internet connection and some leftover cash to spend.

OR. . . 

We create a custom, dynamic, database driven website with all the "bells-and-whistles" including a content management system where they can log in and make changes to the site themselves, throw in a domain name, one year of web hosting and basic search engine optimization and put them on a monthly payment plan for about the price of an average cell phone bill.
